Compliance Manager, Law/Legal

Oversee and own the firm's regulatory compliance framework across multiple sites located in West Yorkshire. Ensure adherence to SRA regulations, GDPR, and relevant legislation through policies, procedures and controls. Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews to identify and mitigate risk. Provide guidance, coaching and training to staff, and investigate breaches or issues with corrective actions. Monitor file reviews, conflicts of interest, AML and onboarding processes, and generate reports for Partners and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement of compliance systems and foster a strong risk-aware culture across the firm.
