The role
Coordinate daily transport schedules to ensure timely deliveries and efficient routes.
Monitor driver progress, resolve route issues, and maintain accurate transport records.
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Assist in planning and optimizing delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Handle delivery-related queries with a focus on customer service and issue resolution.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function through data and documentation.
