The role
As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, translating business goals into effective HR strategies.
Collaborate with leadership to influence workforce and succession planning and drive comprehensive talent management initiatives.
Lead people integration for M&A workstreams, ensuring smooth transitions and compliant TUPE handling where applicable.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations and ensure fair, consistent practices across the organisation.
Coach and mentor line managers through the performance lifecycle, supporting appraisals, promotions, onboarding and development programs.
Partner with recruitment professionals to attract top talent, champion a high-performance culture, and contribute to HR projects and analytics.
