The role
The HR Manager leads the operational and strategic HR activities across multiple sites, ensuring legal compliance and effective people management. They coach and support managers, develop HR policies, and oversee employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues. The role involves managing HR records, GDPR compliance, and internal communications, alongside supporting organisational change initiatives. It requires experience within a multi-site environment, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and HR system expertise. The successful candidate will have CIPD qualifications, advisement and leadership experience, and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
