The role
Serve as the dedicated legal expert for subscription offerings, ensuring compliance across global jurisdictions.
Build and operationalize the subscription legal framework, including reviewing terms of service and marketing materials.
Analyze legal requirements for online payments, promotions, and multi-jurisdiction auto-renewal notices.
Provide strategic guidance on regulatory developments and translate risk into actionable policies.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to implement compliant processes in a remote-first environment.
Require at least 7 years of legal experience, preferably in-house, with consumer-facing software or subscription services.
