The role
Administer, configure, and report on HR information systems to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
Provide production support for HR systems, troubleshoot issues, and conduct system audits.
Develop training materials and deliver training to employees and managers on HR software modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize HR processes and system enhancements across HR operations.
Qualifications include 1-3 years experience with HRIS as a specialist or analyst and an undergraduate degree in Information Systems or related field.
Proficiency with UKG, Kronos WorkForce Ready, Cornerstone OnDemand, and HR reporting; advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
