The role
Develop and implement legal strategies for customer and vendor contracts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to align with company policies and mitigate risk. Oversee intellectual property and data protection matters, providing guidance on legal risks and compliance. Advise on regulatory requirements, corporate governance, and data privacy to support business objectives. Lead risk assessment processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect the organization. Maintain state bar compliance and stay current with evolving laws affecting technology and privacy.
