The role
Lead facility-wide layout redesigns and manufacturing process transformations to optimize efficiency and throughput.
Drive the integration of new technologies and digital tools to modernize operations and enable scalable production.
Conduct time studies, work measurement, and value stream mapping to identify waste and implement measurable improvements.
Develop ramp-up and ramp-down strategies, plus SOPs, while designing safe, ergonomic, and efficient workstations.
Optimize production lines through line balancing, resource planning (labor, materials, equipment, scheduling), and cost-benefit analyses including make-vs-buy decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, safety, engineering, and leadership to champion continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
