The role
Perform production, packaging, and shipment tasks for paint applicator products.
Operate and maintain equipment and machinery to meet production targets.
Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Keep a clean, safe work area and report issues to the supervisor.
Follow safety guidelines, handle materials properly, and adapt to changing needs.
Work on 2nd or 3rd shifts with overtime as needed.
