The role
Identify key adoption barriers and optimization opportunities by working directly with external and internal customers to accelerate Trainium and Inferentia adoption.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement innovative solutions and advance state-of-the-art ML systems.
Contribute to AI for Systems, ML compiler techniques, and efficient kernel development to optimize ML workloads on AWS accelerators.
Build and validate tools for accuracy, reliability, and performance verification of ML models and runtimes.
Engage with academic and research communities to stay at the forefront of ML systems research and compiler innovations.
Translate customer feedback into practical improvements, drive adoption, and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
