The role
Oversee electrical construction projects on commercial and industrial sites, ensuring quality workmanship and timely execution.
Perform installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and data/telecom wiring.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics; diagnose faults with test equipment; ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety procedures.
Lead and mentor apprentices, provide clear direction, and participate in site meetings with supervisors and customers.
Support sales and customer relations when needed, maintaining a flexible, customer-first approach.
