The role
Partial remote healthcare litigation attorney role in Los Angeles, with periodic visits to Century City.
Engage in heavy factual analysis to identify patterns across claims.
Evaluate claims, develop litigation strategies, and manage case issues.
Draft and argue motions, including summary judgment, immunity motions, and statute-of-limitations considerations.
Take and defend depositions, coordinating with multiple expert witnesses.
Expected to achieve approximately 1800 billable hours per year with strong legal research and writing.
