The role
Lead as a lateral partner in Bankruptcy and/or Commercial Litigation, managing an established client portfolio.
Operate within a national platform that enables cross-office collaboration and robust client service.
Originate and maintain client relationships while leveraging a strong internal referral network.
Handle sophisticated matters in bankruptcy, restructurings, insolvency, or complex litigation with strategic oversight.
Collaborate across offices, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to practice growth and team depth.
Work in an autonomous, business-minded environment that supports scale, stability, and continued development.
