The role
A Speciality Doctor in Manchester provides high-quality medical care within a multidisciplinary team focused on adults with complex mental health needs and autism spectrum disorders. They participate in developing personalised treatment plans and conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' psychiatric and medical needs. The role involves ensuring safe, effective, patient-centred care, maintaining accurate medical records, and contributing to clinical service improvements. Candidates should hold an MBBS or equivalent, be GMC registered, and have completed specialty training in psychiatry or related fields. Experience with personality disorders and comorbid conditions, along with strong communication skills, are highly desirable.
