The role
Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming guest experience on match days and events.
Perform ticket checks, bag searches, and security wanding to uphold safety standards.
Escort guests to boxes, suites, and tables and manage access at doors, escalators, and lifts.
Collaborate with management, stewards, and safety hosts to ensure smooth operations.
Casual shifts include evenings and weekends; require excellent communication and calm under pressure.
Complete the Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety within 12 months of induction.
