The role
As an Applied Scientist III on the Sponsored Products Video team, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of video experiences that connect advertisers and shoppers.
You will mentor other scientists, participate in science hiring, and elevate the team's technical excellence.
You will identify ill-defined customer problems and craft product-level video solutions using a customer-obsessed scientific approach.
You will articulate potential scientific challenges tied to ongoing or future needs and present interventions to address them.
You will independently assess alternative video technologies and drive the evaluation and adoption of the best options.
You will collaborate with engineers, scientists, and designers to bring new video products to market and deliver delightful experiences for advertisers and shoppers.
