The role
A Junior HRIS Specialist supports system administration by managing data uploads, configurations, and organisational changes. They are responsible for maintaining data quality and supporting various HR process cycles such as performance reviews and talent activities. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for system support tickets, writing documentation, assisting with reporting, and supporting HR projects. Candidates should be curious, methodical, and eager to learn, with some HRIS or HR experience. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, MS Excel, MS Visio, and Jira is advantageous but not essential. The position offers the chance to develop expertise and obtain certification in HRIS technology within a collaborative team environment.
