The role
Provide thorough assessments and rapid stabilization for diverse clinical emergencies in a fast-paced ED.
Deliver wound care, transfusions, trauma care, and other treatments with sound clinical judgment.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective patient-care plans.
Prioritize patient safety, communicate clearly with patients and colleagues, and document care accurately.
Maintain current RN licensure and certifications, pursuing ongoing education and advancement opportunities.
Contribute to positive patient outcomes in a supportive, patient-centered environment that values professionalism.
