The role
Design and iterate engaging gameplay mechanics and meta-game features from briefs and direction.
Prototype, benchmark, document, implement, test, and refine gameplay systems.
Maintain up-to-date design documentation with a focus on UI flows and the overall user experience.
Coordinate with art, development, and production teams to deliver features on schedule.
Apply strong foundations in game design, balancing, AI, progression, accessibility, and UI.
Convey ideas clearly, listen to feedback, prototype visually, and contribute to a cross-functional team.
