The role
Support the lifecycle of life insurance products—from concept and development to launch and ongoing administration.
Serve as a trusted legal advisor to cross-functional teams in product, underwriting, new business, and operations to craft compliant, competitive solutions.
Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance that informs product strategy and risk management.
Draft, review, and finalize contracts and prospectuses and lead filing strategies to secure timely state and federal approvals.
Provide guidance to New Business, Underwriting, and Service and Operations by researching applicable laws and regulatory trends.
Balance innovation with risk controls, manage large, ongoing projects, and clearly communicate results to stakeholders.
