The role
Lead Finance Officer for Value & Lending, supporting the Head of Value & Lending within the US Branded Cards portfolio, focusing on portfolio performance and strategic investments.
Provide cross-functional business counsel with Product, Marketing, Risk, Accounting, Analytics, and Finance to shape strategy and manage financial outcomes.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to deliver short- and long-term financial goals through prudent investment decisions.
Drive expense discipline, assess business drivers, and prioritize opportunities in customer lending programs and product enhancements.
Monitor portfolio performance against expectations, convey insights to senior management, and prepare concise, impactful presentations.
Lead and grow a small high-performing team while upholding strong controls, integrity, and compliance.
