The role
A Product Manager within SaaS environments is responsible for defining product strategies, leading discovery processes and collaborating with design and engineering teams to validate solutions. They own roadmaps and prioritise features based on customer needs and business objectives, ensuring successful product adoption and outcomes. They utilise customer insights, data and experimentation to inform decisions and measure success. Stakeholder management and communication skills are essential to coordinate across departments and align priorities. An interest in AI and its application to enhance product features and customer experience is desirable.
