The role
An investment banking analyst conducts financial analysis, supports transaction execution, and prepares client materials within a team engaged in M&A, capital raising, and corporate finance. The role involves financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and industry research. candidates should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and relevant experience in investment banking or related fields. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a solid academic background and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates may come from M&A teams at Big 4 firms, mid-market boutiques, or investment banks, with Private Equity exposure preferred. This position offers exposure to high-profile deals and strategic corporate transactions in a collaborative setting.
