The role
A Speciality Doctor provides high-quality medical care within a trauma-informed mental health rehabilitation service for adults with complex needs and autism spectrum disorders. They work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and review individualised treatment plans. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, ensuring safe and effective patient care, and maintaining accurate medical records in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations. Candidates should have a medical degree, GMC registration, and completed psychiatry or related specialty training, with experience working with complex mental health conditions. They must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to professional development within a collaborative team environment.
