The role
Lead and manage a comprehensive cybersecurity risk program across the organization, driving risk assessments and remediation to reduce risk exposure.
Own enterprise-wide risk governance, collaborating with IT, Legal, Compliance, and business units to embed risk controls into operations.
Develop and present risk metrics, dashboards, and mitigation plans to executive leadership, translating complex risk into clear business impact.
Mentor and develop junior risk analysts, fostering cross-functional partnerships with cloud, infrastructure, and development teams.
Oversee risk exceptions management, ensure alignment with policies and standards (GDPR, PCI, SOX), and administer the GRC tooling (ServiceNow).
Lead strategic initiatives to reduce recurring exception requests through scalable, enterprise-wide risk assessment methodologies and tooling.
