HR Manager & Health & Safety Engagement – Staines-upon-Thames

An HR Manager and H&S Engagement professional is responsible for overseeing HR functions across two operational sites, supporting employee relations, and maintaining HR policies and procedures. The role involves engaging with employees to foster a positive work environment and promoting a strong health and safety culture by delivering ongoing training and safety initiatives. The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator with experience in HR support within busy environments and a practical approach to health and safety. They will manage HR administration, support managers and employees, and ensure compliance with safety standards while encouraging employee responsibility. Flexibility, organisation, and confidentiality are essential qualities, with a CIPD qualification being advantageous but not essential.
