The role
Lead the design and maintenance of data science infrastructure, tools, and custom software to objectively assess the performance and reliability of customer hardware.
Ingest, transform, and unify data from multiple sources to enable fleet-wide and product-level analyses.
Own data-driven investigations with tight timelines and present findings to executives to drive action.
Apply statistics and machine learning techniques (regression, anomaly detection, clustering, NLP) to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
Build production-grade data pipelines and datasets that empower internal teams to monitor, analyze, and act on data.
Collaborate across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and customer experience to translate insights into measurable improvements.
