The role
Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered IDE experiences by building prompts, evals, and agent tooling for code tasks.
Develop and productionize MCP-based systems and integrate them into customers' IDEs such as Cursor and VS Code extensions.
Prototype innovative UIs that blend with cutting-edge AI capabilities, iterate with users, and ship impact quickly.
Stay close to research in prompt optimization, agents, and code editing to push the boundaries of developer productivity.
Collaborate with multiple product teams to enable developer-focused tooling, including one-click repro debugging experiences.
Value performance, simplicity, and pragmatic engineering in a fast, growth-oriented environment.
