The role
Partner with clients to define Gen AI/ML use cases and deliver end-to-end AI solutions, from data exploration to model deployment.
Develop and implement advanced AI systems, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning pipelines, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
Create augmented real-world datasets and rigorous evaluation workflows to ensure model reliability, transparency, and stakeholder trust.
Forge and sustain relationships with client leadership to secure buy-in and successful deployment of AI projects.
Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and engineering teams to map needs to capabilities, drive roadmap decisions, and standardize repeatable solutions.
Lead enablement efforts and customer education on quantitative capabilities, with travel up to 25%.
