The role
Own the financial management for programs from initiation through completion.
Lead budgeting and rolling forecasts across labor, materials, ODCs, and travel, establishing baselines and cost structures.
Monitor actuals against budget and forecast to identify performance trends, profitability, and margins.
Flag risks and opportunities early, assess funding sustainability, and optimize spend and resource utilization.
Collaborate with Business Development and program managers to translate opportunities into financial projections, ETC/EAC models, and what-if scenarios.
Deliver real-time dashboards and leadership-ready reports on profitability, burn, and funding-to-expenditure metrics.
