The role
Provide strategic leadership for compliance, risk management, safety, and privacy programs across the organization.
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive HIPAA, HRSA, CLIA, and 340B-compliant program aligned with FQHC requirements.
Lead the HRSA OSV process, manage FTCA coverage, and oversee incident reporting, audits, and corrective actions.
Oversee policy management, contract review, and legal correspondence, ensuring regulatory and payer compliance.
Deliver organization-wide training, foster a culture of ethics and safety, and track compliance metrics via dashboards.
Coordinate with leadership to address regulatory changes, manage risk assessments, and drive continuous quality improvement.
