Write UX content for e-commerce flows, account management, and consumer chat interactions across digital spaces.
Turn technical and legal language into clear, concise copy that aligns with brand voice and accessibility standards.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, legal, and stakeholders in agile cycles to deliver features.
Move content from concept to publication while ensuring adherence to editorial, SEO, and accessibility guidelines.
Support content strategy with user testing, research, and analytics to balance user needs with business goals, and manage content projects.
On-site role in Dallas, TX; requires a bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism, or equivalent; 3–5 years of UX writing and 2+ years in content strategy; portfolio of UX content preferred.
