The role
Lead the delivery of technical engagements for AI/SaaS solutions in the insurance claims domain.
Manage deployment, change management, and client success throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Oversee project timelines, provide regular status updates, and offer day-to-day operational leadership to the delivery team.
Document client business rules and requirements, ensuring proper configuration of the platform.
Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex problems into actionable plans.
Support renewal and expansion opportunities by delivering high-quality service and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
