The role
Develops and disseminates project communications, including FAQs, fact sheets, advisories, notices, and exhibits, ensuring messaging and branding consistency.
Supports internal communications by coordinating channels and sharing timely information among project teams and partners.
Attends meetings to gather updates and translates technical content into clear, accessible messaging for general audiences.
Manages project logistics, schedules, deliveries, and scope execution, coordinating distribution across programs and stakeholders.
Verifies permits, notices, and contract-based requirements; ensures contractors deliver documents and phasing plans per contract.
Supports issue and inquiry management, tracks public questions, escalates sensitive concerns, and maintains organized outreach records.
