The role
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using Go microservices and modern cloud-native tooling.
Lead architectural modernization and modularization to improve scalability, observability, and developer velocity.
Own the entire lifecycle of your systems, including API design, data modeling, deployment (CI/CD), live-traffic monitoring, load testing, telemetry, and experimentation.
Influence and evolve architecture by decomposing monoliths, migrating legacy code, and building reusable frameworks and shared components.
Apply AI-driven tools and automation to speed up development, improve reliability, and raise system intelligence.
Partner with product, data, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences and mentor others to excel.
