The role
The role centers on designing, setting up, and optimizing chemical processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost in confectionery production.
Work closely with a cross-functional team to identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement practical solutions.
Conduct research and testing to ensure safety, performance, and regulatory compliance of processes.
Utilize process engineering software to model processes, analyze data, and support data-driven decisions.
