The role
Position: Structured Finance Of Counsel focusing on CMBS transactions within a fast-paced finance practice.
Lead complex deal work, including securitization and CLO matters, with an emphasis on CMBS structures.
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents; perform due diligence and financial analysis.
Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate work.
Manage competing deadlines, foster collaborative relationships, and provide strategic guidance in a flexible, autonomous role.
Requirements include 5-9 years in structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO experience, a JD, and bar admission; AmLaw 100 experience preferred.
