The role
Seeking a hardworking Structured Finance Associate to join the U.S. team in New York or Los Angeles.
Support the structuring, execution, and selling of RMBS, CMBS, ABS, CLOs, repackagings, and resecuritizations.
Manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with a collegial team.
Candidates should have 4-7 years of relevant law firm experience and be admitted to practice in the appropriate U.S. state.
Must be admitted to the Bar in the chosen jurisdiction and in good standing; strong client service is essential.
The role emphasizes training, mentoring, and active participation in high-quality, innovative financings.
