The role
Lead and manage the negotiation and documentation standards for complex financing deals across multiple structures.
Act as the front-line desk lawyer, aligning legal strategy with origination and investment teams.
Draft, negotiate, and close term sheets, facility agreements, securitization documents, and funding packages.
Collaborate with Compliance, Credit, Risk, and outside counsel to ensure transaction compliance and risk mitigation.
Requirements include 5+ years of transactional experience in financing, structured finance, securitization, or loan/receivables financing at a top law firm or global financial institution; familiarity with rating agency requirements and various financing structures.
This is an in-office role in Midtown Manhattan with no remote option; must be admitted to the New York bar.
