The role
Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to customer specifications.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to align schedules, routes, and required documentation.
Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, customs paperwork), track shipments, and monitor inventory levels.
Resolve delays, damages, and lost shipments while maintaining accurate records and monitoring transportation costs.
Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and problem-solving under pressure with meticulous attention to detail.
English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus; experience with MS Office and transportation management software is beneficial.
