The role
As a freelance Project Estimator / Project Manager, you will review architectural drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates and scopes of work. You will solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids and material pricing. You will develop budgets, proposals, and value-engineering recommendations. You will oversee select projects through construction, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and budget tracking. You will maintain luxury-quality standards and ensure finishes meet client expectations. You will communicate proactively with architects, designers, and clients to drive project success.
