The role
Join a ten-week, in-house legal internship starting in June 2026 focused on corporate, securities, regulatory, and compliance work in a global FinTech environment.
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on corporate, securities, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents; prepare summaries of statutes, regulations, and case law affecting the business.
Support team on project-based work and collaborate with legal, compliance, and business units on day-to-day initiatives.
Develop hands-on experience at the intersection of law, technology, and financial markets while strengthening writing and communication skills.
Ideal candidates are current 1L or 2L students with strong academics, interest in corporate law and privacy, and proficiency with research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis) and MS Office; prior related experience preferred but not required.
