As a Business Operations Analyst (AI & Automation), you will design and deploy agentic AI workflows to automate go-to-market tasks and eliminate repetitive work.
Build and ship AI-powered workflows for lead enrichment, routing, qualification, and follow-up across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
Prototype quickly, ship a first version, and iterate based on feedback while continuously identifying and automating manual processes.
Own data and analytics through SQL queries and dashboards, surfacing actionable insights that inform commercial decisions.
Own end-to-end tool implementations, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and train teams on new systems.
