Le poste
A Mechanical Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the on-site delivery of mechanical building services, including HVAC, ductwork, and pipework projects. They review technical drawings, identify issues, and coordinate site activities to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule. They maintain control of site documentation such as RAMS, inspections, and PPE records, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have experience managing complex mechanical construction projects and a good knowledge of HVAC systems, drainage, and fire systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email is essential. This role involves technical supervision and project coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
