An experienced UX/UI Designer & Front-End Developer is sought to lead the design and realisation of digital solutions, focusing on user experience, accessibility, and scalable design systems within a scientific and regulatory environment. The role involves conducting user research, creating prototypes, continuous improvement of user interfaces, and collaborating with engineering teams to develop high-quality, maintainable front-end applications using modern web technologies. The individual will oversee the governance of design standards across multiple projects, ensuring accessibility and usability compliance. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, APIs, and experience in an Agile setting are essential. The position requires translating complex workflows into intuitive digital experiences that add measurable value to users and stakeholders.
