Le poste
A Creator Manager is responsible for managing creator-driven campaigns across multiple platforms, collaborating with creative teams and platform partners to optimise performance and compliance. They identify and vet creators, negotiate partnerships, and oversee the execution of campaigns from inception to launch. The role requires monitoring creative performance, implementing feedback, and continuously optimising assets to meet platform standards. The candidate should possess experience in influencer or creator marketing, with a strong understanding of ad compliance and performance metrics. Organisational skills and effective communication are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Norwich and involves remote collaboration with international teams.
