Le poste
The Construction Estimator leads detailed conceptual, schematic, and hard-bid estimates for industrial and commercial facilities.
Responsibilities include quantity takeoffs, subcontractor outreach, scope reviews, and bid leveling.
Collaborate with project managers and leadership during preconstruction, budgeting, and value engineering.
Support design-build and negotiated work from concept through GMP and maintain strong subcontractor relationships.
Manage multiple estimates concurrently and apply proficiency in estimating software and standard tools.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years of estimating experience in industrial, warehouse, or logistics projects and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.
