The Commercial Account Manager delivers exceptional customer service by understanding vehicle needs and guiding buyers to the right options.
Build lasting relationships through deep product knowledge and clear explanations of financing and leasing choices.
Facilitate test drives, provide accurate quotes, and explain warranties and services to customers.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers, set appointments for online and in-person visits, and generate new leads.
Close sales by handling objections, negotiating prices, and processing sales and purchasing contracts; produce sales reports.
Support showroom displays, stay current on industry trends, and travel up to 200 miles daily as needed to meet customers.
