Le poste
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth across the South territory, developing relationships with OEM manufacturers, industrial end users, and distribution partners. They will spend time understanding manufacturing processes, identifying improvement opportunities and recommending suitable product solutions. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, re-engaging dormant accounts, and supporting distributor growth within industrial sectors. Key skills include experience in technical sales within manufacturing environments, relationship-building with OEMs and distributors, and working autonomously in a remote setting. The position requires knowledge of industrial consumables, components, abrasives and surface finishing products, with a focus on delivering high sales revenue.
