Le poste
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows that power the GTM organization.
Own the operational data layer that supports core GTM metrics, dashboards, and automation workflows.
Develop robust data models in dbt to transform raw data into clean, reliable datasets used across teams.
Partner with internal stakeholders to define business logic, improve data quality, and ensure consistency across systems.
Manage and optimize ETL processes, integrating data from multiple sources into centralized repositories; build validation and monitoring frameworks.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data flows between Salesforce, Snowflake, and visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI.
